Founder & Managing Member
Mr. Hample is the founder and managing member of Congressional Commercial LLC (“CC”), a District of Columbia-based commercial real estate investment firm. Mr. Hample is responsible for all aspects of CC’s commercial operations, with a specific focus on the acquisition and financing of commercial and industrial real estate. Prior to forming Congressional in 2007, Mr. Hample worked as a commercial acquisitions liaison for Urban Realty, a Washington, DC-based developer. Prior to that, Mr. Hample served as an investment associate with a national commercial real estate investment firm.
Mr. Hample has held various board positions for several non-profit organizations and is actively assisting several organizations pro bono with real estate consulting for various non-profits and religious institutions in the DC MSA. Mr. Hample is a licensed real estate broker in the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland. Mr. Hample graduated from The Elmira Free Academy in 1998 and went on to earn a BA from the Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University in 2002. He lives in Maryland with his wife and two children.
